The Eagle's Nest Recovery House provides residential housing for individuals who are in the process of recovery from alcohol and other drug addictions. The residence houses up to seven men, providing a positive, recovery-focused environment with support for abstinence that enables individuals to achieve their life goals. The Eagle's Nest is a safe and sober living environment designed to help build a strong foundation in recovery. Residents provide peer support and encourage each other to remain sober and focus on a healthy  and purposeful life. Flying HIGH, Inc. staff members assist residents in accessing community services including treatment, healthcare, employment, education/training, and connection to the recovery community.   Eligibility Criteria: Individuals must:
  1. Be in recovery from alcohol or other drugs
  2. Be willing to set life goals and work toward achieving those goals
  3. Be alcohol and drug free for a period of at least 30 days
  4. Not have had a sex offense conviction
  5. Be able to self-administer medication if applicable
  6. Be willing to abide by all program rules and expectations

Pathway to Wellness Recovery Center is a five bed faith-based long-term sober living home for adult men. We utilize a research-based best practices approach applying the concepts of motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, stages of change and harm reduction. The clinical services are outsourced to The Wellmore Center, located in New Philadelphia. Our concept of recovery is a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential. Additional programming consists of a weekly group discussion on values clarification, four in-house sober support meetings and a weekly spirituality meeting. Residents are not required to pay rent and are encouraged to seek employment after the initial 30 days of their stay and begin to set goals and make plans for their eventual return to independent housing.

House of Hope Recovery Residences- Loving, Healing Homes Our recovery residences offer recovery support, healing, comfort, and peer family style living as well as places for privacy and serenity. There is plenty of room to get together or spread out, and all the amenities you would expect in a home. Individuals must be drug and alcohol free for 30 days or more (longer is preferred). Individuals are expected to currently be participating in a 12-step recovery program, attend a minimum of four (4) meetings a week, be willing to accept the house rules and expectations, be gainfully employed (prior to submitting an application) and be able to pay rent ($340-$380/month or $85-$95/week). Residents on Disability are required to work or volunteer at least 20 hours a week. We have six recovery residences in Columbus, Ohio. However, the point of entry for all new residents is at our 11-bed facility in Columbus' Southside neighborhood. House of Hope recovery residences include: Stevens House, Stevens House Annex, Highland House, Riley House, Rhoads House, and Franklin Park House

Recovery Point is a 3-bedroom home with the capability to serve 5 individuals at any one time. There is a Peer Certified House Manager who manages the operations, provides support and guidance, transportation, and linkage to social services. The home follows a social model of recovery, however also incorporates a level system and house rules for accountability beyond their peers. The program works closely with the court system and probation officers. Random drug screens, house meetings, attendance at sober support activities and self help groups is necessary. Rent is charged only upon obtaining employment. Treatment services occur within the community agencies with a strong collaboration with the recovery house.

We are a faith based home. Our home is based around 12 Steps , Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren. We believe in Jesus Christ as our higher power. We have 8 beds available in which one bed is for the house manager. We attend AA, NA, HA meetings weekly. We attend Church at least once weekly as a group. Service work is something we also do together. We also have a house gym membership that we utilize weekly. Transportation is provided if you are unable to find a ride to work, gym, IOP, Counseling.... We are a sisterhood of faith driven woman. Family is always welcome to visit as long as permission is given in advance. We do have designating smoking area outside. The main requirement for our home is that you have completed a 21 day rehab program at least once in your life. We are not a homeless shelter. Our home is designed to house woman for 6 months. We help you get your life back on track. We teach you how to live life on life terms maintaining a sober life. Also known as Faith Driven Ministry

House of Hope is designed for male participants with a minimum of thirty days demonstrated sobriety who are committed to sober living with like-minded persons. Huron County, Ohio residents are preferred, residents from other counties will be considered on a space available basis. The house has a capacity for five participants including a Senior Resident who lives in and oversees the house. Anticipated length of stay is one year. Persons who reside at the house are supported in finding employment, expected to attend at least five recovery meetings per week, participate in community service and work to become self-sufficient productive members of the community. Accountability for sobriety is maintained through detailed house rules. Residents pay a monthly program fee and provide their own food.

The Beaten Path is geared toward women who are very focused on recovery, whatever that may look like. There is minimal supervision as residents are expected to follow house rules, complete chores, work, go to recovery meetings and anything else they may be required to do by entities such as Drug Court, Probation or IOP. Weekly communication with the Manager is required during the entire length of stay. Random Drug Tests are required. Mandatory House Meeting is once a month. The Residents are encouraged to eat together, attend meetings together and socialize/relax together. Each resident is responsible for her own food, toiletries, clothing and transportation. A bus line is within walking distance. Initial help with these things may be provided by the Manager if necessary. There are no minimum lengths of sober/clean time as each woman is interviewed by the Manager (and sometimes another Resident) for suitability for acceptance into The Beaten Path. Month-to-Month leases are required. A two-week probationary period may be imposed before the initial lease is offered.

Our House is a joint partnership between Hocking Metropolitan Housing Authority and Hopewell Health Centers, Inc. Our mission is to provide access to a safe, person-centered, supportive housing to individuals in recovery. Our House is a fully-furnished, 5-bedroom home with shared living spaces. The collaborative partners for Our House understand that there is more to recovery than just staying clean. We believe in a multi-faceted, integrated approach to recovery that addresses multiple life domains. Residents are expected to contribute to the daily upkeep of the home, be compliant with treatment plans, follow house rules, and actively work towards a life in recovery. Hopewell Health Centers provides access to community-based, mental health, primary care, and dental services. Our House is appropriate for individuals who are currently homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, in an environment that is high-risk for relapse, or someone who would like the opportunity for extended recovery support and connection to peers. We are conveniently located in downtown Logan, within walking distance from many businesses, restaurants, and the courthouse. Our House is not a treatment center and/or detoxification center. All clinical treatment services are provided off site through licensed professionals professional at Hopewell Health Centers, Inc.

Mercy Manor provides a safe, spiritual residence for women with histories of homelessness, abuse, mental health, incarceration, human trafficking, and alcohol and drug addiction, while they re-establish themselves back into the community. Mercy Manor is a unique program and has been a successful ministry for women for 25 plus years. Interviews are scheduled with women transitioning from community addiction facilities, hospitals, behavioral health facilities and criminal justice facilities. Mercy Manor provides a safe sober living environment with in-house recovery peer support, spiritual experiences, life skills training, assistance with establishing and reaching short and long-term goals, in house Grief Recovery Counseling, in-house recovery meetings and assistance with financial management. The length of stay is determined by the resident's needs, progress, and willingness to abide by the recovery house rules, in collaboration with the Executive Director and House Managers and, if appropriate, in consultation with a community addiction services provider. Although our primary directions is providing support for women who are in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction, Mercy Manor is a ministry for women. The women we serve have histories of homelessness, abuse, mental health, incarceration, human trafficking, and alcohol and drug addiction. Since the program's beginning in 1992, more than 300 women have been served. 68% of these women have established safe housing, remained clean and sober, reunited with their families and are employed or enrolled in a secondary institution or a training program.

We are NARR Level IV, and licensed by OMHAS to provide D&A treatment to 45 men, housed in 3 buildings. Also, on our compact campus, we have 15 transitional beds, in 2 buildings. Within 1/2 mile we also have 19 alumni beds, contained in 4 buildings, which accounts for the total of 9 buildings. It must be emphasized, however, that these 34 beds (15 transitional plus 19 permanent "alumni") are ONLY available to those men who have completed our own treatment program. Length of stay in treatment averages 6 months; average time in transitional housing is 18 months; alumni housing is an indefinite, or "permanent," stay.

We Do Recover Men's House is a recovery home for men with addictions of any kind. We accept men who are getting out of treatment, veterans, or homeless. Our program is from 100 days to 6 months. We also have voluntary groups on relapse prevention, understanding the disease of addiction, and developing a personal program of recovery.
